Nelm Khangura joined Foodbuy Canada in 2024 as Senior Vice President, Foodbuy Member Development. Her primary focus is to drive growth of the Foodbuy Member Business in Canada, while cultivating and maintaining positive and productive relationships across Foodbuy and Foodbuy Member Clients. Nelm is an accomplished leader who brings over 18 years of Retail experience across a range of functions. With a unique blend of expertise in Strategy, Procurement and Technology she successfully drives business value, transformation and operational excellence. She has an eagerness for building meaningful partnerships and achieving bold outcomes.

Nelm is passionate about advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion in Business and STEM fields. She has been recognized as one of the “100 Influential Women in Canadian Supply Chain” by the Supply Chain Management Association in 2019 and received a Star Women in Grocery award by Canadian Grocer in 2021. Nelm has a background in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA focused on Strategy.
